Writing with the help of AI?

In my deepest heart, if I always rely on AI in writing, I feel like I am not confident in what I do and over time I will not be able to write, which is an action that requires a thought process without the help of AI. For example, yesterday I tried to write a blog where I asked AI to create most of the blog and after it was finished I felt like something was missing in me because the blog I wrote was not entirely my handwriting and also I thought it would dull my brain's ability to pour out words, so I deleted the AI-assisted blog. So instead of having to use AI for everything, shouldn't I prioritize using all my abilities manually and then if I feel it's not enough, I can ask AI to check it without changing the essence of what I've written, maybe just to check the grammar. Therefore, it will train the brain's ability to pour out words through writing that I type myself compared to starting everything from AI.

What matters is not how bad the writing is or how bad the grammar is. What matters most is the originality of what you want to convey and that it truly comes from within you, because sometimes AI often adds to or even changes the main essence of what I want to convey.
